Scientific Researcher III PhD. FELICIA GHEORGHIU
My research activity is dedicated to the study of multifunctional ceramics with applications in microelectronics. She obtained the PhD degree in Physics in 2012 and has achieved experience in the preparation, micro/nanoscale characterization, physico-chemical properties and electrical/magnetic characterization of multiferroic materials.
Specific research topics:
- Multiferroics with magnetoelectric coupling (single-phase and composites ceramics);
- Dielectric spectroscopy analysis of double perovskite ceramics;
- Preparation and characterization of PZT-based multiferroic composite films obtained by RF-magnetron sputtering;
- Experimental study of the dielectric/ ferroelectric properties of various ferroelectrics;
- Study of new multiferroics oxides.
