The competencies acquired after years of study were materialized through the publication of scientific articles in prestigious journals. These were based on analysis made in GIS environment regarding flood risk assessment. In collaboration with other peers, were published studies on water and groundwater quality, land-use changes, territorial expansion, identification of areas vulnerable to floods, flood management, flood susceptibility analysis of the cultural heritage.
